Another lovely holiday had by Lilly & Luca ,Once again came home happy and full of beans looking forward to the next holiday in a few weeks. ...................Once again a big thank you to all the staff for taking care of our babies.

The kennels were recommended and I cannot fault the service we have received. My dogs Bertie (10) and Blu (3) have never been in kennels. The staff are friendly and already looking to book them in for next year

The best dog hotel my dog has ever been to! She has only been once and she made a friend, absolutely loved it. Before hand, my dog had gone to The cosy pets hotel (HORRIBLE) they treated my dog horribly as she was scared and timid where she is so small. Best decision ever was switching to this hotel! I highly recommend! My sweet baby is already booked in for next year along with her new sister! I just love these kennels! Very professional and kind. And great customer service! 🙂

Was a bit dubious as been a while since Lilly & Luca had been in kennels but as soon as I dropped them off I knew they were in good hands , the welcome was really good .
I dropped the dogs off into there kennel so could see there living accommodation, clean and well laid out .
Over all very impressed, dogs came home happy and content , already booked for next holiday 😀
